The R_APPROVE_ACTIVITIES_EXPENSES (Approval of CATS and Travel Expenses) program enables you to approve data that your employees have entered using the Time Sheet, and approve trip costs. The program can process data records irrespective of which user interface (for example, CATS classic or CATS for service providers) was used to enter the data.

To start the program, choose Human Resources ® Time Management ® Time Sheet ® Approval ® Approve Working Times and Trip Costs from the SAP Easy Access screen.
