With the BP role Internet user you can define user-specific attributes of a business partner of the category ‘person’.

In the BP role Internet user, you store the data for a business partner. Using this data the business partner can log on to your system via the Internet. For this purpose he has chosen a name that differs from his user name. You therefore also have the possibility to identify this business partner via his Internet user.

You can store user data, like Internet user, user name, password, block and user group, in the dialog of the SAP Business Partner on the tab page Internet user.

In addition you can maintain user roles and fixed values, for example logon language and date format, for an Internet user.
