Use

During installation and synchronization, SAP R/3 supplies CATS notebook with information about working time attributes (orders, projects, activity types, and so on). To restrict the volumes of data transferred, an appropriate selection of working time attributes is transferred to CATS notebook and is made available in picklists.

Nota

If you receive information on new working time attributes that have been created in SAP R/3 since the last synchronization, you can also enter the relevant values manually. You will receive a message warning that the working time attributes are not yet known in CATS notebook.

To simplify data entry even more, you can use filters in picklists and create personal templates.

Procedure

  1. Choose Este gráfico es explicado en el texto respectivo to the right of the input field where you want to enter a working time attribute.

CATS notebook displays the possible entries for the field in the same browser window as the data entry area. The screen is changed.
  1. Click on the entry you want to use.

CATS notebook displays the data entry area again and enters the selected value in the input field.
