Use

All of the persons who use the Travel Management workflow must be identified in Customizing for SAP Business Workflow.

Activities

To define a suitable organizational plan for the scenario, access the Implementation Guide, choose Basis Components ® Business Management ® SAP Business Workflow, and perform the Edit organizational plan step.

Important: Define positions created for the superior as chief positions.
