List all organization management objects that will be authorized to process an outstanding task in a maintenance notification.

To assign the Plant Maintenance tasks, proceed as follows:

  1. From the main menu, select Tools ® Business Engineering ® Customizing. The system displays the initial screen for the Customizing application.
  2. From the menu bar, select Implement. projects ® SAP Reference IMG. The system displays the SAP Reference IMG.
  3. In the IMG structure, select Basis ® Workflow Management ® Perform task-specific customizing.
  4. In the overview for task customizing, select Plant Maintenance ® Maintenance notifications ® Assign tasks to agents.
  5. Assign the persons who will carry out this task in your company to the standard task TS00008316 .
