This report generates the employee’s remuneration statement as often as the payroll is run. That is, the remuneration statement can be printed whenever the HBRCALC0 report is issued.

The remuneration statement reflects all payments and deductions made to the employee, together with the corresponding sums. If retroactive calculation is made at any time, the differences (positive and/or negative) from the previous periods are also recorded

The user must have configured the following standard payroll forms provided by the R/3 System:

• BRF1 – Remuneration Statement

• BRF2 – Vacation remuneration statement

• BRF3 - PLR remuneration statement (the employee’s share in company profits or income)

These forms can be copied and modified according to company requirements.

Follow the menu options:

1. Human Resources ® Payroll ® America ® Brazil
2. Payroll ® Remuneration statement
3. Complete the selection screen for the HBRCEDT0 report and run it.

The following forms can be generated, depending on the selection made:

• Remuneration statement
• Vacation remuneration statement
• PLR remuneration statement (the employee’s share in company profits or income)
