Dependents Statement for Child Allowance (HBRTERM0)

Use

This report is used to prepare the statement of undertaking that permits the employee to receive a child allowance according to the number of dependents eligible for this benefit.

Requirements

You must have run the payroll

The information about dependents contained in Infotype 0021 (Family/Related Persons) must be duly entered

The SAPscript HR_BR_TERMO form must be configured in advance

Procedure

Choose the menu option Human Resources ® Payroll ® America ® Brazil

Subsequent Activities ® Period-independent.

Analysis ® Hiring ® Dependents Statement for Child Allowance

Report’s selection screen: you must complete the selection fields in accordance with the desired results.

Run your report.

Result

The system generates the legal document "Statement of Undertaking for Child Allowance" with a list of the name(s) and date(s) of birth of the employee’s dependent(s), in addition to the employee’s data.
