Absences Infotype and Third Child Maternity Leave subtye (0700)

Use

In the Absences Infotype (2001), Third Child Maternity Leave Subtype (0700), capture the Third Child Maternity Leave (3CML) availed by the employees.

Structure

The Third Child Maternity Leave Subtype (0700) has an Absence type field. This field displays the absence type that you have configured for 3CML. The default value is 0700, however, if you have configured another value for the 3CML absence type, the Absence Type field will display the value that you have configured.

For more information on configuring the 3CML absence type, refer to the IMG under Payroll Singapore –> Third Child Maternity Leave –> Create Absence Type for 3CML.

In this infotype, specify the Start and End of the 3CML of an employee.

Integration

When you create the Absences Infotype, and Third Child Maternity Leave subtype (0700), the system creates two records in the Actions Infotype (0000) using dynamic actions, with the Action Type as Leave for 3CML.
