
Adjustments
Use
The system allows you to make adjustments on the vacation allowance amounts.
If there is a pay increase and the employee still has vacation days to take, the system makes the necessary adjustments taking into consideration the new reference amount. This is valid for both cases, yearly and periodic payment of the vacation allowance.
The system also allows you to set a final date after which no vacation allowance payment must be made. In this case, the adjustment of previously paid vacation allowance is triggered, if the reference remuneration has changed or if there are still vacation days to be taken and paid.
Activities
In order to correctly determine the annual estimation, payment and adjustment of the vacation allowance, you must configure some characteristics of the processing variants in the IMG step: HR-PT: Payroll Accounting -> Vacation Allowance -> Vacation Allowance Processing (New Version) -> Determine vacation allowance amount.
