This report supports the creation of the employment statistics according to the guidelines defined by the Federal Office on Statistics (BFS).
The report identifies the number of employees in your company for a predetermined date. Employees are categorized according to capacity utilization level and sex. Usually, the date is set as the last day of the reporting quarter.
