Use

In addition to the functions for managing real estate collateral objects, there are comprehensive functions for managing all the other types of collateral related to loan contracts.

In collateral management you create, change and display other collateral. ‘Other collateral’ refers to non-real estate collateral, such as the assignment of life insurance policies, savings or pledged securities and guarantees.

You can enter other collateral either as part of a loan (at application or contract stage) or directly via Master Data ® Collateral.
