Use

You can only call up the short version for the collateral value calculation from within object management (choose Environment ® Collateral value short version).

If you are only in display mode in object management, you can only display the collateral values.

If you are in change mode, you can create and change collateral value calculations.

The asset value or appropriate prime costs are calculated using a calculation form. The building value can be calculated using the index procedure.

Note No object data, such as land parcels or parts of buildings, is transferred.
