Using this program, you can copy the budget values of a version to a second "frozen" version. In doing this you generate copy of the budget values at a particular time. The budget data of a frozen version cannot be changed by any application.

You have already created a frozen version in Customizing of Funds Management under Budget Control System (BCS) ® BCS Budgeting ® Edit Versions. The frozen version in flagged for area Budget Control System (BCS): Frozen Version in the field Exclusive Use.

You execute the program in the Funds Management menu under Budgeting ® Budget Control System (BCS) ® Version ® Freeze Budget Data of a Version.
