
Archiving Expenses Settlements (LO-AB)
Definition
Archiving object WCI for archiving expenses settlements in the component Agency business.
Use
Using expenses settlements you can enter and calculate expenses to be paid by customers (for example shipment costs, insurance costs and commission). Documents are processed in agency business using transactions WLF1D, WLF2D and WLF3D. This functionality is particularly necessary in SAP Global Trade processes.
You can enter expenses settlements within a logistics process using a special maintenance interface in SAP Global Trade.

You create a delivery and go to the maintenance screen for Global Trade data by clicking on a special tab in the dialog box. There you go to the special dialog box for expenses, where you can choose to accept data or to change it manually.

Related change documents and texts that you created at header and item level are archived with this object.
