Organizing the Statistics
Use
The Organization function in transaction SLLS enables you to do the following:

translator profile must contain authorization TS with value 2.Procedure
The Organization screen appears. The system displays a list of all statistics runs available for this target language in the system. You can now perform the following activities:
To update the statistics for the target language you selected in step 2, choose Write Statistics to DB (Current Lang.). Confirm the dialog box that appears, and then enter a comment for your statistics run in the next dialog box. Select a background server from the dialog box that appears. The system starts a background job called TR_STAT_<today's date>_<Target language> which you can monitor in transaction SM37. You can return to the Organization and choose Refresh until your statistics run appears at the top of the list. You can recognize it by the comment you entered.
To update the statistics for all target languages in the system, choose Write Statistics to DB (All Languages). Confirm the dialog box that appears, and then enter a comment for your statistics run in the next dialog box. Select a background server from the dialog box that appears. The system starts a background job called TR_STAT_<today's date>_* which you can monitor in transaction SM37. You can return to the Organization and choose Refresh until your statistics run appears at the top of the list. You can recognize it by the comment you entered.
To delete older versions of the statistics that are no longer needed, select the version(s) of the statistics you wish to delete from the list in this screen and choose Delete. The system deletes these statistics from the database.
