Diagnosis of Workflows with Errors

Use

This function establishes all workflows with errors and groups them according to error cause. The evaluation results displayed are runtime information. If the tables are already very full, the report will have a longer runtime (a few minutes).

Note

The system determines Top Level Work Items with errors.

Features

The SAP List Viewer is used to display the workflows with errors. The system groups these workflows according to the following causes of errors:

Binding from workflow to work item

Other

The following additional functions are available on the application toolbar:

	Displays a list of the errors, warnings and messages for the workflow selected.
Restart workflow	The selected workflow is restarted. If a dialog or background work item of the workflow has error status, the system restarts it. If no such work item exists, the system tries to recreate the next work item.
	This function takes you to the workflow log .
	Use this to change the selected work item (see Change Work Item.) The screen Change Work Item is displayed.

You can access the processing of workflows with errors by choosing Tools ® Business Workflow ® Administration ® Workflow runtime ® Diagnosis of workflows with errors.
