As a Payroll Administrator, you can execute this report to:

• invoke the Audit/Reconciliation report by selecting the employee or posting date on the tree display, then choosing the option Payroll Results.
• view employee time data by selecting the employee or posting date on the tree display, then choosing the option Time Data detail.
• view the FI/CO postings associated with an employee by selecting the employee or posting date on the tree display, then choosing the option FI/CO postings.
• view the payroll cluster of an employee by selecting the employee in the tree display.

Access the Cost Centre Report via the following Payroll Canada menu path:

• Subsequent activities ® Per payroll period® Lists/statistics ® Cost Centre Report -Administrator

The system displays the costs incurred for each employee, per wage component, per posting period. You can then view the totals at any desired level of detail.

You can customize the output display in a different sort order. The default sort order is: Cost Centre; Employee; Cost Element; Wage Component; Posting Date. Subsequently, you can use drag and drop within the tree display to change the sort order of the report. You can also choose to expand or collapse the tree output at each level.

In addition, you can download the results to a worksheet format.
