Contract types |
In the commission system a distinction is made between standard commission contracts, which serve as a reference, and the commission contracts, which build on this and which are assigned to the individual business partners. The different variations of standard commission contract typically represent the different groups of commission recipients (such as company sales employees, part-time employees, full-time employees, specialists, managers, broker category A, broker category B, and so on).
Placing commission contract partners in groups, and thus the number and mapping of standard contracts is specific to each individual company. |
|
Agreements |
Each contract can contain any number of agreements. There are three types of agreement: · Global (for example, valuation of sales performance) · Standardized (for example, performance-related remuneration) · Individual (for example, payment agreements) Initially, the commission agreements of a contract-owner are those of his/her respective commission contract group. Should these not apply, then other terms are laid down in individual agreements. As well as containing individual rules, commission agreements also stipulate the type of disbursement, flat rates are defined, guarantee agreements made, and communication methods and forms are assigned. |
|
Contract layout |
The user interface for managing commission contracts is mapped by tabs. This means that all contract-related data and agreements can be clearly presented on their own tab page. You can make customer-specific additions to the commission contract or contract bundle. Use the SAP tool Business Data Toolset (BDT) to do so. You can adjust the tab pages of the commission contract to suit your personal requirements, and you can decide which type of agreement you want to use. Using the tabs, you can sort certain agreements however you wish (for example according to line of business). |
