You execute the line item reports from the sections Budget and Commitments/actuals by using the SAP List Viewer. Executing the reports using the SAP List Viewer enables you to carry out specific and flexible evaluations.

Using the SAP List Viewer, you can, for example:

• Determine which fields appear in the list

• Sort the fields displayed as required

• Calculate totals for the amount fields

• Calculate subtotals (for example, for the "Down payment" value type)

• Display the selection criteria

• Filter down the selection

• Create an overview of all the fields in a document
