Use

This report determines the planned compensation per position for one or several organizational units.

Prerequisites

A Planned Compensation infotype (1005) record must exist for the positions or at least for the jobs in the organizational units.

Features

Selection

Enter one or several root organizational units. The system selects all the positions from these organizational units and their subordinate organizational units.

To do this, the system uses the standard evaluation path SOLLBE.

Output

The report provides you with a list of planned compensation amounts per position together with the position's organizational unit.

If the system does not find a Planned Compensation infotype (1005) record for the positions using the standard evaluation path, then this report does not display an amount. If, however, you are running this report using an evaluation path that incorporates organizational units, positions and jobs, then the system uses the following logic to display the planned compensation amount assigned to the job for that position:

If the system cannot find a Planned Compensation infotype (1005) record for the position, then:

  1. The system searches to see whether there is a Planned Compensation infotype (1005) record for the corresponding job. The time constraint for jobs means that there can be several Planned Compensation infotype records on a particular key date.
  2. If the system finds a record, it then searches to see whether there is an Account Assignment Features infotype (1008) record for the position or the organizational unit.
  3. If the system finds a record, it then checks to see whether there is a personnel area and subarea.
  4. If there is a personnel area and subarea maintained, the system then checks to see whether there is a Planned Compensation infotype (1005) record for the corresponding pay scale area and type.
  5. If there is a record, this report displays the amount taken from this infotype record for the position.
  6. If the system does not find a corresponding Planned Compensation infotype (1005) record, this report displays the average amount taken from all the available infotype records.

When you exit the list display, the system displays the error log.

Activities

In the output list, you can double click on the position text or on the job text to branch into the infotype maintenance for these positions or jobs.
