1. You can modularize the structure further by creating additional structure packages. In this case, however, you must take account of the two-way dependencies between the structure packages. If there are any such dependencies, you must create the appropriate package interfaces (for the provider packages) and use accesses (for the user packages).

2. You can decouple the software even more by assigning a specific error severity to use accesses. This allows you to specifying the level of use permission. Existing uses can be broken down step by step by increasing the error severity.
