H stands for hours, M for minutes, S for seconds, and N for milliseconds or microseconds.

syntax rule for describing data access.Use it to specify the format for
plain text values in which TIMESTAMP columns are entered and output.This format applies to both
commands for loading and unloading data and SQL statements.The default value in the Replication Manager is INTERNAL.
