Archiving 

Use

You can reorganize the transaction data in Profit Center Accounting using an archiving program.

Features

Archiving gives you the following functions:

·        Posting transaction data in archive files

·        Deletion of transaction data

·        Read access to archived files

·        Archiving management

You can archive totals records and line items separately.

Activities

The archiving functions are found in the application menu under Environment ® Archiving.You must have proper authorization for the functions.

You can find information about the various archiving objects by calling up the hints. To view the hints, click  on the relevant screen.
