It is possible to transfer plan data realtime from cost centers and internal orders to Profit Center Accounting for each activity. The system reflects every planning activity in Cost Center Accounting and Internal Orders immediately in Profit Center Accounting. This lets you observe the progress of your profit center plan.

To use the realtime plan data transfer, you need to have done the following:

• Activated the online transfer in the profit center part of the plan version

• Activated the switch Plan integration on the fiscal year screen for the plan version in Overhead Cost Controlling.

• Activated planning integration for each order type for internal orders (see Customizing for Internal Orders)
