Assigning Internal Orders 

Use

You need to assign internal orders to profit centers in order to be able to observe the flow of overhead costs from Financial Accounting and their allocation through internal accounting from a profit center point of view.

Internal activities capitalized during order settlement are also assigned to the profit center of the internal order.

Furthermore, all assets which are assigned to an internal order are also implicitly posted to the profit center of the internal order.

To assign internal orders, choose Master data ® Current settings from the application menu, then choose Assignment: Internal Orders.
