Entering content frameProcedure documentation Creating Catalog Entries Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Work areas ® Edit work areas.

    2. The Edit Work Area: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Choose Environment ® Questionnaire ® Edit question catalog.

    3. The editing screen for question catalogs appears (Overview: Change Question Catalogs screen).

  3. Select a question catalog or a catalog group and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The New Entries: Details of Created Entries screen appears.

  4. Enter the necessary data and save your entries.

Assign a weighting if required. You can evaluate this weighting in the risk assessment in the questionnaire analysis method.
