Purpose

This component contains the functions and processes that enable you to run payroll for Argentina, in accordance with current legislation and regulations.

Functionality

These functions and processes contain, in general, the following steps:

  1. Generation and valuation of the employee gross pay, including:
    1. Annual Statutory Bonus (SAC)
    2. Advance vacation payment
    3. Absences for industrial accidents and illnesses
    4. Other absences
    5. Family allowances
  2. Generation and valuation of deductions and contributions; for example Social Insurance
  3. Income Tax calculation
