If you have activated the principle of dual control in the Implementation Guide (IMG), newly created and changed conditions are initially blocked. These must be released by another user.
Procedure
Choose Conditions ® Conditions general
® Release.
This brings you an overview of all conditions not yet released. Position your cursor on a condition and choose Release. If you choose Release all, you release all the displayed conditions.
