Prerequisites

To optimize the DRB functions for archived accounting documents, you are recommended to proceed as follows:

  1. Activate the archive information structure SAP_FI_DOC_002.
  1. Construct the archive information structure SAP_FI_DOC_002 for the required archive files.

Note

You can also use archive information structure SAP_FI_DOC_DRB1.

  1. In transaction FB00 set up the document display so that documents are searched for in the archive.

Recommendation

You are recommended to use the archive index (search strategy 1).
