Use

Numerous characteristics are stored for users in User Maintenance. You can display some of these characteristics in Organizational Management. You can also assign tasks and positions.

Prerequisites

Characteristics for a user have been created in User Maintenance.

You are familiar with Validity. Select a key date and preview period.

Procedure

  1. Select a user. For more information, see Finding Objects and Displaying Objects.

    2. The characteristics of the user you selected are displayed in the detail area.

  2. Select a tab page in the detail area.
  3. Make the appropriate entries.
  4. Save your entries by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
