Sort: Example
You have determined that data will be specified by personnel area. The system includes employees with more than one data record for infotype 0001 Organizational Assignment.
You execute the report for a period (data selection period) that includes the month in which the changes of personnel area occurred.
The system collects all of the personnel numbers that satisfy the reporting criteria determined on the report selection screen, and sorts them by personnel area.
The sort type that is determined affects the selection sequence as follows:
The system selects the first infotype record of each employee, and sorts by personnel area.
