Reporting for Concurrent Employment

In an SAP R/3 system in which Concurrent Employment is active, reports are executed by the PNPCE logical database. The general logic of the PNPCE logical database corresponds to the PNP logical database. The PNPCE logical database can also process the concept of Concurrent Employment.

Therefore, the selection screen of the PNPCE logical database only corresponds exactly to a few fields on the selection screen of the PNP logical database. See Report Selection Screen for Human Resources for a description of how you use the selection screen of both logical databases.

If you want to program your own reports or define your own queries in concurrent employment mode (when Concurrent Employment is activated), take note of the following:

When you create a program, choose PNPCE in the Logical Database field of the ABAP Editor’s initial screen.
When you create InfoSets for SAP queries, choose the PNPCE logical database.
