You can set the system to automatically renew rebate agreements.
Your system administrator is responsible for defining in Customizing for agreement types a calendar for extending rebate agreements by a half year or full year.
At different times throughout the year, you select all rebate agreements that are to be renewed.
You can set for each rebate agreement whether it is to be renewed automatically or not. Select Extras® Rebate calendar ® Reactivate or Remove in the Change Rebate mode.
