Use

Output type LL00 (freight list) is automatically proposed in the document header of the output list in the standard version of the SAP System. There are several ways of printing this output:

Note

The freight list is either issued automatically or on request, depending on the timing stipulated. Output can only be requested explicitly if time 3 is specified in the time data of the appropriate document.

Procedure

Request using display or change

In order to request explicitly that the freight list be printed using this function, proceed as follows:

  1. From shipping, choose Loading ® Loading group ® Change or ® Display.

The Change Group or Display Group screen appears. Group type M is automatically proposed.

  1. Enter the required group number, and choose Group ® Output ® Printer.

The Issue Output dialog box appears. The print parameters from the document header are displayed and may be changed if necessary.

In the standard version of the SAP System, the print parameters for the freight list are either proposed using a condition record or, if no appropriate condition record exists, using the respective shipping point in the document header.

  1. Make changes to this data, if necessary, and then choose Execute.

The message Output issued successfully appears.

Request using the output menu option

If you would like to view a freight list before printing it out, select Goto ® Print preview. You see the print preview screen for the selected freight list.

  1. Choose Edit ® Process.

The selected freight lists are printed out.

Request using the worklist

Freight lists may be printed from various overviews using the worklist of the deliveries to be processed:
