Reimbursement Form for 3CML Salary report (RPC3CMLR0)

Use

This report enables the generation of the Form ML2, required for claiming the salary paid to the employee during the Third Child Maternity Leave (3CML) Period , from the MCDS.

Prerequisites

You have the payroll results for the 3CML period.

You have configured the 3CML information in the Absences infotype (2001) under the Third Child Maternity Leave Subtype (0700)

Features

The system generates the Form ML2 based on the following criteria:

Payroll period

Personnel number of an individual, or a range of employees and the Payroll area

Contact information of the employer
Name or Designation of the Authorised Person, NRIC number, and Date

Activities

From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacefic -> Singapore -> Subsequent Activities -> Period-independent -> Reporting -> 3CML Report

Enter the relevant details

Choose Program -> Execute and generate the Form ML2
