Minor output problems occur when a document generally has been correctly printed and is legible. However, problems have occurred such as the following:

• Characters are missing or are represented by the # character.

Reason: The characters are not contained in the character set of the output device.

• Graphic elements are missing, have been incorrectly printed, or are present but unwanted. R/3 graphic elements include color, background shading, symbols and lines, and frames.
