To select spool and output requests, use the selection screen of the output controller (transaction SP01). You can switch between the selection screens Spool requests and Output requests.

You can specify which selection fields you want to display. To select fields, choose Further selection criteria... Choose from Minimum, Standard, Extended or All or select specific fields to add to your selection screen.

Users with administration authorizations are offered more selection fields than users who are only authorized to change their own requests.

Select requests by entering any combination of criteria (for example, a user, a spool request number, an output device, the date of the requests and so on). If you leave a field blank, the system displays all possible values.
