My Account Assignments

Use

The screen area My Account Assignments contains all account assignments entered, which can be copied and used as a template. You can transfer the attributes of an account assignment to the data entry section by clicking.

Features

You can transfer the account assignment attributes including the task type and task level by clicking on the task type field in the data entry section.

You can display the receiver object with the context menu.

You can display and hide the screen area My Account Assignments with the menu. This menu function is not active if you are in display mode or if no account assignments are available.

You can adjust the height of the screen area My Account Assignments with the mouse.

You can add a personal note to each account assignment (maximum length: 40 characters).
You can sort the account assignments by clicking on a column header and with Drag&Drop.
You can access additional functions by choosing Additional Functions On/Off in the context menu.
You can use Drag&Drop as input help by dragging a data record from the screen area My Account Assignments to a day in the calendar. CATS for service providers then displays the data record together with the day and any default values for the task components in the data entry section.

Restrictions

It is not possible to enter notes or use Drag&Drop on data records in the SAP GUI for HTML.
