
Registering Users
Use
You register users for a product in order to automatically inform them of new product versions. With this function, for example, sales employees receive the latest information on each new product version.

The notification of users uses the functions of document management. All recipient types of SAPoffice can receive documents by using document distribution.
You can use all distribution types that are defined for document distribution. The distribution type determines how the recipient receives the documents.
For receipt by mail, you can design SAPscript forms that are sent to the registered users.

To register users in the recipient list for a configuration folder:
You can also select according to objects in folders, recipients, distributions already executed (replications) and baselines.
The detail data of the configuration folder is displayed in the right-hand screen area.
Result
The users are registered for the product. When you create a
distribution order for this product, the registered users are automatically copied to the recipient list of the distribution order.
