Use

From the SAP System outwards you can use your telephone system. For example, you can initiate, accept or transfer calls.

Procedure

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Telephony.

    2. A new session is opened.

  2. The procedure for executing the telephony functions is described in the Structure link SAPphone Interface.
