Use

In the second and third screen of the Select Field screen sequence, you need to select the fields and field groups you want to process in your list. That is, you need to select the fields to be displayed either in the basic list, statistics or ranked lists, or those you want to use as additional selections.

Prerequisites

You are in the Field Selection screen and want to create a new query or change an existing query.

Procedure

  1. Use the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and This graphic is explained in the accompanying text functions to navigate in the Field Group Selection screen.
  2. Select one or more field groups.
  3. The InfoSets are divided into field groups. This allows them to be predefined. If you want to generate a list of existing flight connections, you do not need any detailed information about individual flights and associated bookings. By selecting the Flight connections field group, you restrict the number of fields offered to those belonging to this group.

If you are editing an existing query, the Edited column contains all those field groups from which fields have already been selected.

  4. Click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to call up the Field Selection screen.
  5. Select the fields you want to display in your list from the field groups selected. Select the required fields.
