Yon use batch input report RFBIKRK0 to create and change customer master data, if you are using the name enhancement of Public Sector Management.

Activities
If you want to transfer the customer master data into the R/3-System by batch input program, you have to call the data transfer workbench (transaction sxda) and select the object type customer (KNA1).
