Use

You use this function to create rollover offers and contracts.

It is only supported for loans given.

Procedure

  1. Choose Position Management ® Rollover ® Table ® Create.
  2. Enter the following values:
    1. Company code
    2. Table ID
    3. Table version
    4. Under Reference you can enter values for an existing table, which are then used in the new table.
  3. Choose Enter.
  4. Enter the name of the table, the dates for the effective period and the reservation period of the table.
    1. The effective period tells you how long a table is valid for.
    2. The reservation period tells you the date by which an offer has to be returned.
  5. To enter the condition data, choose Variants.
    1. You use the Insert Line button to create an additional condition variant or you choose Copy Variant to copy and if necessary change an existing selected condition variant. The system displays special condition item fields for each variant. Some of the entries in the condition fields are mandatory, while others are optional. When you enter conditions here, the condition item fields originally defined in the contract that is being rolled over are replaced. Condition items that you do not change and which are still effective are taken from the contract being rolled over.
    2. Select a variant. Choose Edit Selection. The Select Options screen appears. Define which loans are to be rolled over using this variant. The loans that fulfill the selection criteria you specify here will be rolled over automatically using the values defined for this variant.
  6. To enter the modification data, choose Modifications.
    1. You can create modifications using the Insert Line button. The cases that can be modified are displayed in a dialog box. You select one of the cases displayed to transfer it to the tab page. Various modification fields are ready for input for each modification. You can define an unlimited number of modifications for a table.
    2. Select a variant. Choose Edit Selection. The Select Options screen appears. Define which loans are to be rolled over using this modification. The loans that fulfill the selection conditions you specify here will be rolled over automatically using the values from this modification.
  7. Save your entries.
