Use

An application, contract offer or contract you have removed from the loan process can be reactivated using this function. The system resets the loan to application, contract offer or contract status and you can resume processing.

Procedure

  1. Choose New Business ® Mortgage Loan ® Application/Contract Offer/Contract ® Reactivate.
  2. The Reactivate Application/Contract Offer/Contract: Initial Screen appears.

  3. Enter the Company code and Loan number. If you do not know the number of the loan, you can search for the contract via the F4 possible entries function (matchcode search).
  4. The next screen contains the following data:

    1. At the top of the screen you see the general data relating to the loan. This data cannot be changed.
    2. Under General you see the details for the waiver, such as the Non-acceptance reason, the Date of the rejection/waiver and the Deletion indicator.
    3. In the area below, the system displays data such as the remaining disbursement obligation, the commitment capital for the contract and the value-dated capital.
    4. The change in status resulting from the cancellation of the waiver is displayed in the Status section. You cannot change the status setting.

    A dialog box appears asking if you really want to reactivate the loan.

  5. Choose Yes to confirm. The system reactivates the application, contract offer or contract.

The system automatically saves the loan, which returns to application, contract offer or contract status.
