The basic data you enter here is used for drilldown reporting.

On the screen for creating or changing an application, contract offer or contract, choose the Basic Data tab followed by the Evaluation Data tab.

The Evaluation Data tab is divided into the following parts:

• The data you enter in the Information section forms the basis for evaluations (such as the maturity or the asset grouping indicator) and assignments in the balance sheet (for example, balance sheet indicator). You define the indicators in the Customizing activity Indicators.
• The Regulatory Reporting section is designed to meet German reporting requirements. Here, you can enter regulatory reporting data required by the German Banking Act. This includes evaluations for the Multi-Million Loan Report.
• In the Reserve for Bad Debt section you define risk classes by choosing Insert Additional Items. The risk classes are used to classify any interrupted payments for a loan and the resulting risk for the lender. You can delete or change these entries within one day. The system then stores this risk class in the table for information purposes and you can then enter another risk class, if necessary every day. If you have defined a risk class for a contract and another user then processes this contract; the other user cannot change this risk class. However he or she can define another risk class for the contract.
