Usage

If you do not set decision-making to active in the area of loan awarding, using the Transfer to offer function you can convert an application directly to a contract offer. The underlying application does not remain in the system, meaning retrospective documentation of the process flow of the operation is not possible.

Procedure

  1. Choose New Business ® Mortgage Loan ® Application ® Transfer to Offer.

    2. This brings you to the initial screen : Transfer application to offer.

  2. Enter the company code and the loan number on the initial screen and choose Enter. If you do not know the loan number, use the F4 help to search for the application using matchcode.
  3. This automatically brings you to the screen Change contract offer. Conditions stored during application status are transferred as first contract offer.

    4. From here you have the option of calling up and changing all other screens relating to the contract offer. These include, for example, basic data, conditions, objects, collaterals, correspondence.

  4. When you save, the application is automatically converted into a contract offer. Refer to the lower edge of the screen where the system informs you of the status change.
