Proceed as follows:

  1. To edit a single flow, choose one of the following alternatives:
    1. Double-click on a flow.
    2. Position the cursor on a flow and click on the Choose function.

The system then displays the flow amounts in settlement currency, position currency and local currency together with the relevant currency on a dialog screen.

  1. You can now carry out the following activities:
    1. You can change the amount in settlement currency.
This field can be changed at any time. If you change the amount in settlement currency, and the settlement currency differs from the position and/or local currency, you can choose whether the amounts in position currency and local currency should be recalculated or not.
    2. You can change the settlement currency for the single flow.
You can only edit this field if the settlement currency differs from the position currency.

Note

Make sure that the change to an individual flow does not affect the settlement currency for the whole posting activity! If you want to change the settlement currency for the whole activity, return to the initial screen to enter the currency you require.

  1. You can change the amount in position currency.

You can only edit this field if the position currency differs from the settlement currency. If you change the amount in position currency, the system recalculates the amounts in settlement and local currency on the basis of the new position currency amount. The amounts are translated in the following order:

Amount in position currency

® Amount in settlement currency

® Amount in local currency

  1. Once you have made changes to one or several of the fields described above, you can carry out the necessary currency translations.

Choose ENTER or the Translate function.

  1. To save changes to a single flow, select the Copy function.
  2. If you want to undo the changes you have made, use the Cancel function or press ESC.
