You can only archive a retail revaluation document item if it has one of the following statuses:

• Revaluated (status C)
• Flagged for deletion (status D)

You can archive retail revaluation documents if the document header has one of the following statuses:

• All items of the document are revaluated (status C)
• Document is flagged for deletion (status D)
