Additional Information (Singapore) Infotype (0741)
Use
Use this infotype to generate employee specific text in a report.
In the Singapore tax forms, there are section(s) where you can enter employee specific remarks or a comment about the submission. For example, Appendix 8B of the Form IR8A has a Remarks section, where you can enter an employee specific text.
Use the Additional Information (Singapore) Infotype (0741), to enter the text. The Infotype has individual subtypes which you must use to enter employee text, for display in the relevant report. For example, use the IR8A Subtype (0001) to enter employee specific text for Form IR8A.
Structure
The Additional Information (Singapore) Infotype (0741) has individual subtypes that you can use to enter employee text, for display in the relevant report. For example, to generate an employee specific comment in the Form IR8A, or in the Appendix 8B, you must select the Subtype (001).
You generate Form IR8A and Appendix 8B using the Singapore Income Tax IR8A Report (RPCT8AR0).
All the subtypes of the Additional Information (Singapore) Infotype (0741) contain two main fields:
The options displayed by the Txt ID field depend on the Short Descriptions that you have configured in the table view Maintain key fields for text management (V_T5RTEXT_KEY).

There is also an Addnl. Txt field that you can use to store text, which is in excess of the maximum permitted in the Text field.
