Definition

In this infotype, you store all the checklist items according to processor. This enables you to gather all the necessary information for the global employee and his/her dependants, and to round off a series of standard administrative processes, as described below:

Checklists are particularly useful when you have to keep track of a wide array of processes and selection criteria, depending on the country.

Use

This infotype enables you to define checklist items that are required or that have to be applied for during the assignment preparation phase.

You can also execute the Modify Checklist Items transaction to create, change or delete checklist items in a three-pane window split according to processor. To do so, choose Personnel Management > Management of Global Employees > Modify - Checklist Items in the SAP Easy Access menu.

Structure

The infotype is split into a single section described below that enables you to select the desired checklist item and specify whether it has to be completed before the activation of the assignment by means of the relevant report (RPMGE_ACTIVATION). This is usually the case for visas and work permits.
